ENJOYING BLOOM PRODUCTS AND CLEANSES
Bloom products may be kept frozen until consumed. We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator, then consuming within three days of defrosting. Juices must be thawed and consumed before the drink-by date listed on bottle.
Safety is our top priority
Please be aware nuts and tree nuts are handled in our facility.
Quality Assurance
All orders will be frozen prior to being shipped. Will use dry ice and/or gel packs in packaging to ensure the contents stay frozen or at least mostly frozen. Juices that are shipped will be in food-grade BPA free plastic bottles. You will notice that the liquid volume may not be completely full once thawed, this is to allow for expansion during the freezing process. Bloom is committed to using organic produce as frequently as possible, however there may be an instance where non-organic produce or products has been utilized due to disruptions in availability.
Receiving Damaged Orders
If the item is damaged upon arrival then please send images of the damage and a refund or replacement will be made at our discretion. Bloom is not responsible for products that have become hot due to inadequate cooling or being left out. Customers will be held responsible and will be charged in full for late or non deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Returns are not accepted as these products are food items.
Pick-ups & Local Deliveries
Will only do pickup orders on Saturdays at the local Farmer’s Market for now. Free local delivery available on specified days. Pick-ups are also available subject to availability.
Rescheduling your Order (Local Delivery / Pickup orders only)
In order to edit or cancel your order, we must receive a notice via email 24 hours prior to your delivery or pickup date. If notified prior to the 24 hour delivery date then you will receive a full refund, if not then the customer will be responsible for the order and will be charged in full for the products on the order.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once charged. Contact us prior to your charge date in order modify or cancel your order. All shipped orders are final.
